NYSSHA rule book
Added rules for 2021:
1. No rope halters in mini/pony obstacle in hand or mini/pony hunter/jumper classes
2. Walk/Trot/Jog Division: Riders may not have cantered/loped in the prior 5 yrs.

- Fitting and Showmanship Attire: No Spurs are to be worn in any showmanship class. (to be added into book at next printing)
